I: Introduction

SEO is the process of optimizing your webpages to get higher search engine rankings. It is also known as search engine optimization. The basic idea of SEO is to give the search engines what they want so that your site shows up on top of the results page when people search for keywords. The basic concept of SEO is easy to understand but it can be extremely difficult to implement properly. There are several aspects of SEO that you need to get right in order to rank well on Google.

SEO comes in two parts. The first part of SEO involves setting up your site so that it is optimized for search engines. This means that you need to do things like optimize your content so that the search engines can read it more easily, ensuring that your code is clean and lean, and making sure that your site is mobile friendly. The second part of SEO involves getting links back to your site from other sites. If you have a website with 500 pages on it, but no one links to it, then even if it ranks on page one of Google, nobody will ever see it. This is why the second part of SEO is so important.

Social media marketing is all about marketing your business, product or service through social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Social media marketing has become very popular in recent years because it allows brands or businesses to connect directly with their customers or potential customers in a way that was not possible before the advent of social networks. Social media marketing is especially useful for B2B companies who are looking for ways to market to their target audience in an easy and cost-effective manner.

II: Body

A: Setting up google webmaster

Setting up Google Webmaster Tools is an important part of making sure that your pages are easily crawlable by search engines. It’s also a good idea to set up Google Analytics so that you can track how many visitors are coming to your site from search engines. This will allow you to see which keywords are sending you traffic so that you can tweak your pages based on which keywords are converting into leads and sales for you. B: Optimizing your content for search engines

The first step in optimizing your content for search engines is to write content that is designed for people first and search engines second. This means that you should write content that people will want to read and share instead of writing content that will just help your page rank better in search engines. Once you have written content that is optimized for people, then you need to make sure that your text is formatted in such a way that search engines can read it easily. This means formatting the text correctly and using relevant keywords and keyword phrases. You should avoid using words like “click here” and “visit this page” because these words tell search engines nothing about the actual content of the page and may end up causing you to rank lower in search engine results pages (SERP). When you write content for social media, take advantage of hashtags wherever you can because hashtags will help people find your content on Twitter and elsewhere on social media.

C: Using social signals to rank higher in SERPs

If you want your social media posts to rank higher in search engine results pages, then it’s a good idea to use social signals so that the search engines know how popular your content really is among people on social media. Social signals include likes, shares, tweets, comments and pins from other users on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Reddit. When you share or retweet other people’s content on these platforms, this gives those pieces of content more visibility on those platforms, which gives them more visibility on search engine result pages as well. The more social signals you can generate for your social media posts, the more likely it is that your posts will appear toward the top of the SERPs for relevant keywords and keyword phrases. However, do not purchase social signals! Purchased social signals will not help you rank higher in the SERPs and may actually hurt your rankings if they are suspected of being fake or spammy by Google’s algorithms.

D: Avoiding spammy tactics

There are lots of black hat SEO tactics out there that might seem tempting to try out if you want faster results from your SEO campaign, but these tactics tend to be spammy and may cause Google to penalize your website if they catch you using them on your site. Some examples of black hat SEO tactics include purchasing links, using automated bots to create multiple webpages, using cloaking techniques or creating irrelevant or duplicate content just to game the search engine algorithms. It’s best to avoid these types of tactics altogether because they can lead to serious consequences if Google catches you using them. If you stick with white hat SEO tactics like optimizing your content for humans first and search engines second, adding social signals and avoiding spammy tactics, then you should be able to achieve good rankings without risking any penalties from Google.
